There will only be allowed 3 High Caps on the field per individual Rifleman.

Support Gunners and DMRs (APPROVED) will be allowed to carry up to two Box MAGS, or CMAGS, or DRUM MAGS (No Rifleman Weapon will be permitted to have a CMAG or Drum Mag at all)on there Person during this event. High Caps will be allowed. This wont be changed but the above ruleset will be in place.

Training Course: Will begin @ 3:30pm (1530hrs) on the dot! This will be a mini Instruction course on Rappeling from a LIVE Chopper. All Individuals interested in this with approval must be in attendance or will not Qualify.

Instructors: Stinger-Lead, Greywolf, Cyper, and D-train (Others as Specified)

Also TBA a small mini Course will follow later in the day to cover Chopper safety Guidelines when deploying off or on to a Chopper for Insertion. (Operating around the chopper will be covered during the Safety Briefing)

Challenge programs: Want to prove your the Best in a Desert Style Enviroment as a Sniper and/or Spotter. well here is the event to do it. Due to help from a Few Sponsors we will be offering some Nice Prizes for Winners of there Challenege and the Video to Prove it. Sniper Challenge is $10.00 to participate and Enter must have a Gillie Suit and approved Sniper Rifle. (Proceeds go to Support Charity). If interested please post in the Challenege section.

CQB- Kill house will be in Play. Due you think your group has what it takes to enter a Building and Not hit the Civilian Targets. But Neutralize the Enemy smaller Force. Teams of 6 for $15.00 can compete and show what there true capabilities are. (TASO CQB Rules are in effect)

Mess Hall: Sgt. Desiree and here Mess Hall Troopers will be cooking up the Couisine. (Exspecially Saturday Night) Meals have been Posted. If you are interested in Meals please post that you are so we can get a Propper Head Count. Thank you

Camping and Loding: Camping is Free. And Based on First Come First Served. Only Big Difference in Keeping with others Traditions. Camps will be set up with Coalition on one Side and Insurgent on another. Please check in with the Gate Guard upon entry. Also as we know many do not desire to Camp and want to enjoy the world of Facilities. We have set up a Agreement for Nice Facilities at Sleep Inn in Gonzales, Texas just a few miles away from Event. If interested check out the Rates and give them a Call and give them the Group name and they will take care of you. (Earlier Posted)

Radio Communications: (FRS and GMRS approved)
CHANNEL 1 or CHANNEL 1.1 are Admin and Emergency Channel

All other Channels will be Posted 1 week prior to event

NO MONITORING OF ANY CHANNELS BUT YOUR OWN!!!!! This will not be permitted by any TEAM. If you are Caught you will be asked to Sitout or be asked to leave the event with no Refund. And you will be blasted through out the community as Cheaters. So Dont Do it!!!!!!!!

Medical Facilities:
Doc will be on site and several Medical and EMT personel Also will be availiable. If needed there will be Quick Medical Transfer to Hospital if needed or Airlift. If injury happens. Immediatly announce it on emergency channel and call Blind Fire in your immediate area. We will make a announcment over PA and have all Admins call Blind Man (Cease Fire).

All Players Response should be: 1: Cease Fire Immediatly 2: Remove Mag from weapon 3. Place on safety 4. Take a Knee 5. Wait for Further Instructions

Medical Response Team will respond immediatly. Please give them a Safe entry into Field and Gaming Areas. COs and Squad Leaders make sure to take Control of your Squads or Groups immediatly in this case.

Regen/Medic Rules(Special)

Team members can physically move a WIA into a safe zone for a medic by holding the WIA by the shoulder

After 5 min, WIA can choose to KIA and return to Regen

To regen: the KIA returns to their Base of Operations for their team; removes/places bandage in bandage Medic bucket; touches bandage Medic Box to be Regened

Only medics can leave the Base of Operations with bandages (anyone else caught will be held for 30min. At Regen location or asked to leave for Cheating)

Medics must have an issued Medic Arm Band or Medic Patch and Medic Pouch (provided by event)

Medics can heal others but cannot heal themselves (Another Medic must heal other Medic or return to Regen Spot after 5 minutes as a Bleed Out

Medics heal by tying a bandage on the arm of a WIA (wounded in action) using a standard knot

If a healed WIA with a bandaged arm is hit again, he is KIA and must return to regen

Once medics run out of bandages in their medic pouch, they must return to regen to resupply and cannot heal till the return from Regen area

Once a Player is hit he/she must than Shout hit, sit in place and place dead rag upon there head, and than shout for medic. If a Medic does not heal you within 5 minutes you must go back to your nearest regen point to be healed.

Drag Rule – This means that once you are hit and have your dead rag on your head you may be dragged to safe area by any other player. You may only walk with the aid of one player or run with the aid of two. Do not pick another player up to pull them to safety. Aiding players must maintain contact with a portion of the players clothing or gear to drag them.

When Hit KIA can not speak and disclose any Intel to Live players. Even at Regen Point if caught player can be held for 30min. For first Offense at Regen point, second offense will be rejected from Operation.

Dead Cannot Talk if you are Caught Communicationg with any other than Medic about Wound. You will be sent back to Admin HQ for 30minutes. This includes signaling..DEAD DO NOT TALK PLEASE DONT GET CAUGHT

Hits:
All players when hit must move to the rear with there weapon down and Dead Rag on when in a group or advancing party. Immediatly after being hit When A Advancing Party is directly to the rear of Hit players location. When Moving must move out of the Direct line of Fire by 5 to 10 feet only. While calling for a Medic and take a Sitting position. Human SHIELDS will not be permitted to prevent being shot.
