Hello everyone. My name is Kevin. I work for Evike. Evike has done it again. they are the first Airsoft Retailer to actaully send one of their people out into the Airsoft Community on the Web to every Airsoft Forum we can find to see if they can be of any help to anyone concerning Evike.com, an order that a Customer has placed or information to Sponsoring an Airsoft team or event by Evike America's #1 Airsoft Super Store. So if I can be of help concerning anyything with Evike, then please PM me. The rest of the information concerning how much Evike cares about their customers and what they are willing to do is listed below. Evike has me going to the Forums and to other websites to see if they can be of help to anyone in the Airsoft community concerning any evike product purchased with in the Last 30 days, any questions about Evikes or Evike Sponsoring.

This is new form of Evike's Customer Service Plan to make sure their customers are well taken care of. Evikes has also installed more phones for Customer Service, Evikes now has 50 customer service phones to make your shopping at Evike even easier. Evike is doing everything they can to take very good care of all of their customers through implementing this new customer service that will surly benefit Evikes Customers. Evikes Customers are always number 1 to Evike, we are also ungrading the software at the website to have better inventory control. Please read carefully, if any one has any kind of issues that have not been resolved with any order they have with Evike, then PM me with a brief description of the issue you are having. Then I will get back to you within 24 hrs or less with the best solution we can come up with. Please do not PM me your ordeer # or any personal information, after I read your message I will guide you through the best solution that I can.

Always remember if any ever states they are referring you to a Evike person to help you with something, then that person will always have a @evike.com email address, if they do not. Then do not email them any information, this is for your protection. Concerning the rest of the Airsoft community. Being that Evike.com is the number 1 biggest Airsoft Retail Super Store in the United States with the largest Airsoft Warehouse\inventory in the USA also.

That sounds like a great move from evike.

I only have 1 suggestion/request. Dedicate someone at evike to keeping the website stock items up-to-date (DAILY). I shop at evike, Airsoft GI, & Airsoft Atlanta. Evike is BY FAR & AWAY the worst at keeping current in stock info on the site. I can never trust an order I place until I get a follow up email. Its very disconcerting to pay for items first and find out later whether the company has them.

Thank you for being on our forum! I want to say that I've used both Airsoft GI and Evike. Although I have had several hiccups with Evike, you guys have done a good job.

Anyways I do have one question: When are you guys going to get some more zMatrix/DE 50rd UMG Mid-Cap mags?

As for the men who tortured us, I don\\\'t hold it against them; they were doing their job and I was doing mine... it\\\'s just that some of them enjoyed it a bit too much. But if I ran into any of them in the street tomorrow, and thought they could get away with it, I\\\'d slaughter them.
