There is only one word to describe the service I received,"Terrible". Absolutely NEVER use this Portland based company. I ordered a CYMA Full Length Wood-grain M14 from them. Most sites send you some shipping info and everything else you would need to know about your order. Not Red Dragon.
After not receiving any shipping information I e-mailed them. Five days later, no answer. So I proceeded with calling them. A answering-machine answered stating how they will respond to my call ASAP. Five days later, nothing.
Now I'm beginning to get angry. I needed my gun for an upcoming skirmish and I had no idea where it was. I e-mailed them again, this time I gave the message and angry tone. Finally, he responded. He said he was having a hard time importing the guns from China. I began to calm down since now I understood what was going on. He then made an ETA on when the package should arrive on my doorstep.
Three days after the due date, I e-mailed him once again. Nothing. I e-mailed him again ... nothing. I then e-mailed him two more times while I guilted him about how terrible his service had been. No response.
I began to think I had been scammed. It had been over three weeks and I still didn't even know a tracking number.
Almost a month after I had ordered my gun, it arrived. I was ecstatic. Until I saw my gun... he had sent me the wrong order. Granted, it was a CYMA M14, but instead of my full-length, wood-grain M14 I had ordered... he sent me the OD SOCOM version. Due to his previous history of terrible customer service, I decided to keep the gun instead of risking me sending it back and never getting anything.
Overall, TERRIBLE. Absolutely NEVER order from this company. They will never return your e-mails/calls, shipping will last an eternity, and after all that, you will receive the wrong order.
