Dear Bob,

I am writing to invite you to attend my housewarming party this Saturday evening.

As you know, I have just moved to a new house recently and I would like to share this happiness with our team members. It would be also a great opportunity for us to expand our friend circle sine some of my neighbours will also come.

This is an open house style party where guests can come and go as they like and no one has to worry about being late. The dinner will start around 7 pm and after that, we can play board games together.

My address is No.1968, South Avenue, Berry Wood. If you use the public transportation, please take subway line 6 and get off at Berry station. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to my house from SE exit. Just call me if you have trouble finding my place.
